Shipping Regions

We offer worldwide shipping from Austria.
If delivery to your country is supported, it can be selected at the checkout under “Delivery Country”.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the total weight of the order.

Delivery Time

Austria: Delivery within 3 business days after order.
Europe: Delivery within 7 business days after order.
International: Delivery within 14 business days after order.

Certain items are only manufactured or assembled after the order has been placed. This is noted on the corresponding product page where applicable. For these products, the delivery time is extended by the specified production time.

Customs and Import Duties

For international shipments outside the European Union, customs and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs at checkout. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Shipping Carriers

We collaborate with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your package arrives safely and promptly. A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched, allowing you to track your shipment.
Shipping carrier for orders from Austria: Post AT or DPD
Shipping carrier for orders from the EU: DPD, DHL or FedEx
Shipping carrier for international orders: DHL, UPS or FedEx

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet the stated delivery times, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, holidays, or unexpected events. In such cases, we will keep you informed.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or absence of the recipient, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees for resending the package.
