Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. For the avoidance of doubt, “receiving your item” means that you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the item. In the case of the delivery of several items as part of a single order, on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You must return the goods to us immediately after we have accepted the return and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days.

Shipping costs for returns
You must cover the shipping costs for returning your item yourself.
Consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you have returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
If you order the "Parabellum Bullet Mirrors," please note that a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund, as these items are custom-made specifically for each order and are only produced upon request.
Personalized or customized products, as well as sale items and gift cards, cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 10 business days. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@nineelevenoutlaw.com.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Shipping costs and additional costs resulting from importing the goods (taxes, customs duties, government and shipping fees) to a country outside the EU cannot be refunded. If you receive a refund, these will be deducted from your refund.
For a possible loss in value of the goods you only have to pay, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
