The leather originates from the Schatz tannery in Tyrol, a family business founded in 1536 that processes leather in traditional wooden barrels and works exclusively with natural tanning agents.

The AirCrest are precisely cut using laser technology and then hand-stitched with waxed thread in saddle stitch. This technique not only ensures a perfect fit but also provides exceptional durability. The edges are slightly rounded and polished for long-lasting wear, minimizing abrasion and highlighting the elegance of the design.
